I Negramaro sono un gruppo musicale pop rock italiano, composto da sei musicisti, che si è formato nel 2000.
Il gruppo prende il nome da un vitigno della terra d’origine della band, il Salento, in Puglia.

La canzone “Meraviglioso” è una reinterpretazione del brano di Domenico Modugno del 1968. Questa canzone è un significato molto profondo perché ci fa riflettere sulla vita, di quante cose trascuriamo senza accorgercene.
Un uomo da solo con le sue paure vuole farla finita. Pensa di suicidarsi. Improvvisamente un incontro… un uomo passa. Un angelo viene menzionato brevemente. Forse una metafora per un caro amico o un parente stretto che è consapevole della sua sofferenza. Quest’uomo gli parla della gratitudine. Gli dice di guardarsi intorno, di guardare il tramonto, il mare e il mondo in generale; non è meraviglioso? Detto questo, l’uomo cambia idea e riflette sui suoi errori pensando a quanto sia bella la vita.

The song “Meraviglioso” is a reinterpretation of Domenico Modugno’s 1968 song. This song has a very deep meaning because it makes us reflect on life, and how many things we neglect without realizing it.
A lonely man with his fears wants to put an end to it. He considers killing himself. Suddenly an encounter … a man walks by. An angel is mentioned briefly. Maybe a metaphor for a close friend or a close parent who is aware of suffering. This man tells him about gratitude. He tells him to look around, to look at the sunset, the sea, and the world in general; isn’t he wonderful? Having said that, the man changes his mind and reflects on his mistakes thinking about how beautiful life is.
